19th May, 2008 I Got a Rocket has been nominated in the New Approaches Daytime Children’s Entertainment category at the 35th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards. The animated half hour series is produced by Sydney-based SLR Productions, a joint venture with South Pacific Pictures. Awards will be given out at a gala ceremony on June 13, 2008 at the Frederick P. Rose Hal, New York City. According to the official Emmys website, the New Approaches categories emphasise innovative production techniques and the use of media enhancement to support content. |
